2. Payment and Billing

By choosing a service plan (Starter, Growth, or Elite), you agree to the specified pricing and billing cycle. Payments are processed securely. Failure to complete payments may result in the suspension of services.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of custom designs and website code developed for the client will be transferred to the client. Zenith Elite Services LLC retains the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
