1. Services and Digital Products
Because our services are customized and digital in nature, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Once custom development or design work has commenced, we typically do not offer full refunds.
2. Project Cancellation
Clients may request to cancel their service plan or project. In the event of cancellation, the client will be billed for the hours worked or milestones completed up to the date of cancellation.
